Back in 2013, Gail recognized that not all older adults are comfortable in a gym setting and that many of us know we should be moving more but lack the knowledge and/or the motivation to do so. Gail founded Fitness after 50 to help her peers with their fitness based on this realization.
As a canfitpro certified Personal Trainer Specialist, and a certified Older Adult Fitness Specialist, Gail is trained to assess your current health status and then create a safe, effective “personal” activity plan for you. Gail really cares about your health and wants to help you reach your full potential as an active older adult. Working with Fitness after 50 can happen in your home, in parks, at community centers or at the Fitness after 50 studio in Gail’s home in Guelph, ON. Virtual training is available if required.
Gail is in her mid-60’s; a mother of 3 with 3 grandchildren. She has always been active in sports, yoga and pilates but struggled with maintaining a healthy body weight. Gail is relatable, really cares about your health and wants to help you move more no matter what your current health status is!
